Adnota

Questions

What Adnota is, how it handles your files, and what it costs.

How is this different from chatting with Claude or ChatGPT?

A chatbot lives in a separate window: you describe your document, paste the reply back, and skim for what changed. Adnota's agent works inside the document. Select a sentence, leave an instruction, and it answers with a red-and-green tracked change anchored right there — accept it, reject it, or refine it. Nothing moves unless you accept it, and every step is recorded beside the doc.

Do I need an API key or a model subscription?

No. The agent is included in your plan — open a document and annotate. You write; we run the agent.

Does it work with Word and PowerPoint files?

Yes. Import a .docx or .pptx, edit in Markdown, and export a patch of your original file. Charts, footnotes, and SmartArt survive the round-trip.

What happens to my document's history?

Every annotation — the comment, the proposal, the decision — is kept in an append-only history beside the document, so you can always trace how a sentence reached its final form.

What does it cost?

Individual is $20 a month, Individual Plus is $60 a month for five times the usage, and Enterprise is priced on request. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.

What is a credit?

Credits meter the agent's work — the changes it proposes, the threads it answers, and any reading it does along the way. Individual includes 200 a month and Individual Plus includes 1,000, five times as many. There is no fixed price per action: a one-line rewrite spends very little, while a long document or a pass that goes and reads sources spends more.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move between Individual and Individual Plus whenever you like; the change applies from your next billing period, and your documents and history stay where they are.

Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?

Yes. Shared workspaces, review queues, SSO, and a custom credit volume come with the Enterprise plan — write to sales@amt.adnota.ai and we will come back with a quote.

When can I use it?

We're opening the beta to the waitlist in small batches. Leave your email, and you will be notified soon.
